Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on students from Nazareth College to be your student-consultants, in a project-based experience. Students will work on one main project over the course of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Students in this program take the senior people management point of view, emphasizing the creation, implementation and evaluation of HR strategy in organizations. Students will examine strategy for both for-profit and non-profit organizations as they consider "Big Picture" decisions. They will develop expertise in the analysis of complex business situations and in clearly presenting their findings both orally and in writing.
Global Supply Chain Management

Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on students from Nazareth's College School of Business and Leadership to be your student-consultants, in a project-based experience. Students will work on one main project over the course of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Students in this program will explore the main issues in international logistics (IL) and supply chain management (SCM) to underline their strategic importance to firms. Students will consider IL and SCMI in the context of international business, discuss the core concepts of IL and SCM, supply chain strategies, and international logistics operations. The course highlights the roles of inventory management, international transportation, international payment, and information systems in a firm's international operation. Lastly, the course focuses on the designing of global supply chain to counter risks, enhance efficiency, and promote sustainability.
